Interpreting Stack Trace Information on A Server Error

Can someone point me in the direction of how to interpret the Stack Trace (#3)information on a error page in a .NET application.

I’m okay with looking at the actual error and the source line information that’s displayed.

But trying to get anything valuable from the information below has escaped me.

Would love some information on how to interpret this information.
