Top 10 Posts on Microsoft Weblog in 2007

by Jason Bean on January 2nd, 2008

As we begin a new year with The Unofficial Microsoft Weblog, let’s take a look back at the Top 10 posts last year.

One of the highlights for me this past year was being interviewed on CNBC for a story they did about the Xbox 360 Red Ring of Death problem. A number of posts in the Top 10 related to that ordeal. Also Xbox related are posts for Halo 3, an obviously popular topic. Information about Vista hitting the Top 10 was no surprise as well, and everyone always loves getting their hands on some free software like TechSmith’s SnagIt.

We’ll keep focusing on working with Vista now that I’ve got a new laptop in the household running Vista. Along with that I hope to get some experience with Windows Media Center as well.

We’ll be doing more coverage of Xbox 360 and comparing it to the Nintendo Wii now that we have one of those in the home. I’ll just need to convince my wife and friends that I’m actually doing “work” by spending so much time playing the consoles.
