Windows OneCare Expiration Issue
I ran into a little issue today when I started up my computer. I was immediately notified that my OneCare subscription had expired. I clicked on the information bubble to renew but ran into a little snag first.
Upon looking at my details, it says that my purchase date was 02/13/2007 and I’m scheduled for renewal at 2/13/2008. I’ve still got two months left! Why does it say I’m expired?

I’m really happy withe OneCare and want to renew, but when I click on the button to renew as shown in the first picture, I don’t see anywhere to actually renew the license with my credit card on file with Microsoft.
The possibility is there that the problem lies within my beta testing and use of previous versions. Doesn’t take away the annoyance factor though.
Anyone got any ideas?

It’s a big microsoft blunder. Thousands of users got the cancelled email, and their account shows as expired, even though it hasn’t.
See this link for others complaining to microsoft, no resolution yet.
